I’m Steph. I’m an artist & designer living in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula creating on Bunurong land. I’m a mum of two little ones, and I create from a place of love, passion and soul. To say I have been painting all my life would almost be true - I'm told that I painted my first still life when I was 4 (a bowl of fruit). After many years and a design degree later, I experienced the heart-breaking reality of early pregnancy loss. It was in this time that I turned to painting as a way to heal, and since then I have never looked back.

I paint intuitively, both with inks and acrylics. Sometimes my work is a way of expressing a feeling, sometimes inspiration comes from the natural landscape or the turning of the seasons. In all instances, I aim to explore and experiment with colour, movement, and evoke a feeling of peace.
